There are just not enough words that can express my "Gratitude" in having Gina Martinelli as my realtor, as I could not have asked for a better Realtor! After another Realtor was unresponsive, I called an Irongate office and was "Very Fortunate" to speak with Gina. Although it was later in the day and Gina had another commitment after work that day, she took the time later that evening to show me a property that I had an interest in and we connected immediately! As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated Gina's Patience, Kindness, Guidance, and "Caring" throughout the entire process. She helped me to find my new home that I am enjoying and even continued helping me with little things around it after the close, and she "STILL" checks in to see how I am doing and how things are going. She "Genuinely" Cares and it is obvious she "Loves" what she does which makes a GREAT Difference and also helped to allow for a very-timely close. Gina was not a high-pressure but was always right there when you needed her and kind with it. Her "Follow-Up" Skills were "second to None" and she still follows up if I have a question about something post close; and not to mention her excellent organization skills. What started as a real estate transaction turned into a Wonderful Friendship. God could not have provided me with a better realtor. I'm truly grateful for Gina and highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for an "awesome, kind, and caring" realtor!
